I have a serious hoarding problem. Stock photos.
I'm always diligent to only grab photos that are copyright-free and available to use on my blog/social media. But when I find some that I love, I tend to download and save. But, over the years, that pile has just kept growing!
Before I knew it, I had a library of 2k+ images and absolutely no way to find what I was looking for.
I went on the hunt for a cost-effective file system that would allow me to sort images by tags. And I found what I needed in Flickr! (for free!)
Go ahead and take a look at this video to see my system:
Note: I can't stress enough how important it is to set your profile to private if you have stock images that you received as a part of a subscription. Make sure you take the time to do that so that you're not in violation of your membership agreement with those programs/sites.
So that's how it's done! I'd love for you to drop a note below and tell me how you store your stock photos. I'm always up to hear new ideas that help us all be as efficient as we can!
